What problem were you most excited to help institutions solve by sponsoring Alliance?
TouchNet is always excited to help institutions solve the challenge of improving the student and staff experience and creating cost-saving processes without sacrificing quality. Our innovative solutions make campuswide transactions seamless and intuitive, reflecting today’s modern commerce expectations.
What conversations or challenges are you hoping to have with higher ed leaders during the event?
We recognize the significant pressures facing higher education, including the demographic cliff, the evolving regulatory environment, and uncertain federal funding. We believe technology can help institutions address and navigate these challenges. By automating processes, bringing together disparate systems through integrations, and delivering data-driven insights, institutions can enhance the student experience while freeing staff to focus on matters most, student success.
How does your organization support long term success for higher education beyond a single implementation or contract?
TouchNet supports long-term success through a multi-faceted approach. Our online Client Community and TouchNet Learning Academy offers everything from self-guided courses, product documentation, peer groups to share ideas and more. Our annual user conference, COMTEC, also provides advanced training and peer-learning opportunities. Additionally, our robust Client Success Team is available to every client as a dedicated resource for ongoing support and guidance.
What trends or shifts in higher education are influencing how your team is investing or innovating right now?
Our investment and innovation are heavily influenced by our clients and the opportunities and challenges they manage daily to ensure students are successful. We also keep an eye on the trends in higher education as a whole to ensure we are prepared to support and assist our clients. One important area we’re all focused on is how AI can help institutions digest complex data to make informed recommendations. We are also closely monitoring how AI buying agents and new payment methods will impact financial interactions and money movement within the higher education landscape.
Why was Alliance the right place for your team to show up this year?
Alliance is a key event for us to connect with both existing clients and institutions that are looking to enhance their campus experience through better management of payments and campus IDs. It provides a crucial platform for us to engage with the community and demonstrate how we can help simplify the business of higher ed by creating a more connected campus.
